At the USC Dornsife Center for the Political Future (CPF), veteran strategists Bob Shrum and Mike Murphy regularly talk with top political operatives on both sides of the 2020 presidential election. In partnership with the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, CPF is hosting a series of online discussions titled “Election R&D Dialogues.” These free events are open to the USC community and general public.
Following the success of the Center’s political podcast and the college’s “Dornsife Dialogues” series, this collaboration will focus on the critical moments and factors driving the 2020 campaign, the successes and setbacks in the race as they happen, and the maneuvers and blunders likely to shape the outcome. Drawing on their own experiences, and sometimes with a prominent guest, Shrum and Murphy host a series of engaging conversations true to the Center’s defining mission: To respect each other and respect the truth.
